Today, Hims & Hers supports nearly 2.5 million customers across categories including hair loss, weight management, sexual health, and mental health, while expanding into new areas that help people maintain balance and wellness through every stage of life. Recent additions, including Labs, menopause and perimenopause care, testosterone support, and screening for a cancer signal, mark a pivotal shift from reactive treatment to proactive, lifelong care.
At the heart of this evolution is Labs, a data-driven offering designed to provide earlier, clearer insight into what’s happening inside the body. Seventy percent of medical decisions depend on a lab test, yet access can be limited. Labs empowers customers to understand their health potentially before symptoms appear with access to more than 130 annual biomarker tests spanning heart health, metabolism, inflammation, hormones, and stress. Results are paired with doctor-developed insights and action plans, turning data into meaningful guidance so people can take informed action earlier and with confidence.
This proactive approach is especially transformative in women’s health, an area long affected by research gaps and systemic bias. According to a 2024 national KFF survey, nearly 1 in 3 women in the U.S. say a provider has ignored or dismissed their concerns within the past two years.
